Growing in Faith
One of the most important things we can do as a church family is to help one another grow in our faith as disciples of Jesus. In addition to participating in Sunday worship, Life Groups, and other church family events, we encourage you to take advantage of the various Growth Track offerings that we have available at GCV.

Assurance & Baptism
The growth track starts with being sure of your salvation in Jesus and walking in obedience to Him in baptism. This is a conversation we love to have with people.

Even though we may have been coming to church most of our lives, it doesn’t mean we have ever committed ourselves to follow Jesus and have entered His Kingdom.
Spiritual Gifts Testing
We encourage you to find out your spiritual gifts so that you can learn more about how God made you and what He has for you to do! Contact us if you would like to take
a spiritual gifts test.
Being Mentored
One of the best ways to grow in your faith is to be mentored by another person who has been walking with Jesus a little longer than you have. This can happen one-on-one or in small groups of 3 or 4.

Take the Alpha Course
We periodically offer the Alpha course which is designed for people who are questioning their faith, not sure what they believe, or who are new in their faith in Jesus. It is a place where doubts and questions are encouraged, and everyone is welcome to participate!
Forming Course
We have the pleasure of periodically offering the Forming Course to those who want to learn how to hear the voice of God and draw closer to Him. It is a wonderful opportunity to grow in your faith in a way that feels like freedom!
